Strawberry-Chia Kefir Pudding

Cook time: 1 hour, 5 minutes
1/3 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup plain whole-milk kefir
1 teaspoon chia seeds
mixed berries for serving (optional)
1. In a small bowl, mash the strawberries with a fork.
2. Add the kefir and chia seeds, stirring to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or more before serving.
