The flavors in this hot toddy are very Nutella-like, while the Frangelico (and maybe the bourbon if you're feeling crazy) warms you right up. Grab the ingredients, get to brewing, and stay warm this winter season.
Hazelnut-Chocolate Hot Toddy
(Makes 2 servings)
2 cups very hot water
3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder & additional for garnish
3 Tablespoons sugar
½ cup Frangelico liqueur
1. In a saucepan set over medium heat, add the hot water, 3 tablespoons of cocoa, and the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot.
2. Remove from the heat and stir in the Frangelico. Divide between 2 mugs and top with a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa. If you're feeling crazy, add a shot of bourbon to each mug.
