1 slice (1") fresh ginger, peeled
1 medium Granny Smith apple
4–5 celery stalks
1. Roughly chop the cucumber, ginger, apple, and celery to a size that will fit in the juicer chute.
2. Add the cucumber to the juicer first, followed by the ginger, apple, and celery.
3. Pour into a chilled glass, stir, and serve.
Can be refrigerated in a shaker cup or mason jar for up to 12 hours. Shake well or use a handheld immersion blender before serving.
