Celery is more than just a garnish for cocktails or chicken wings—it's a cancer-fighting powerhouse due to the activity of its isoflavones and the flavones apigenin and luteolin. Because of the electrolyte-replenishing power of the cucumber and celery and the detox-promoting activity of the apple pectin, this juice could also be a great revivifier when taken the morning after imbibing too much (i.e. It's a great natural remedy for a hangover!) Ginger is an all-purpose anti-inflammatory that enhances your intestinal motility. Altogether, this is a perfect morning get-up-and-go juice.
