"I’m obsessed with moving musically. When a beat drops, I’ll take it a level deeper by adding pulses to a movement or double timing a cardio step," she adds. "It's such a significant way to motivate my clients!"

"It’s important for me to vary my playlists in speed and tone and therefore, I’m constantly searching for new songs or artists to incorporate (even though I’ll always love me some Britney!)" Cook says. "I love when my new and recurring clients say to me, 'That was an amazing class!' and 'What was that song?'"
