Rachel Carlton Abrams, MD

Dr. Rachel Carlton Abrams graduated from Stanford University and received her medical degree from UC San Francisco and a masters degree in Holistic Health and Medical Sciences from UC Berkeley. She is board certified in family medicine and integrative and holistic medicine and was a board member of the American Holistic Medical Association for 3 years. She currently chairs a committee for the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine. She is the author of BodyWise, a new book and online course. Dr. Rachel lives in California with her family.
